From Mourning to Morning.
The Morning House began with loss—but it bloomed into something sacred. After losing her nephew, who was like a son to her, Shayla experienced a profound spiritual awakening. The trauma cracked something open, activating gifts she never knew she carried—psychic sensitivities, healing energy, and an unshakable call to understand the deeper dimensions of life. Her grief became a doorway to peace.
This journey led her to explore plant medicines, energy healing, and spiritual studies—uncovering practices that transformed her pain into power. But she quickly realized that many spaces offering this kind of healing were financially out of reach for the very people who needed them most.
The Morning House exists to change that. It's a sacred space for gentle activations, deep healing, and accessible growth. Here, plant ceremonies aren’t reserved for the privileged—they’re offered with love, intention, and respect for those ready to heal, but priced out of traditional wellness spaces.
Shayla built The Morning House so others could walk through the same doorway she did—into themselves.

The Morning House
The Morning House is more than a place—it’s a sacred threshold for soul-centered healing. It was created to guide individuals through gentle plant activations, breathwork, and intentional ceremony. Every offering is rooted in love, integrity, and the belief that healing doesn’t have to be harsh to be powerful.
We understand that for many, the journey toward wholeness begins not with loud breakthroughs, but with quiet remembering. At The Morning House, we hold space for that remembering—for people to reconnect with their inner wisdom and power, release what no longer serves them, and awaken to the divine within and around them.
